Conference: Public Communicaton of Science and Technology
The conference offers an excellent opportunity to meet colleagues, discuss and debate and share experience and knowledge within the rapidly expanding science communication field. Several formats for presentations will be used, including papers, posters and workshops.
The PCST Network and its Scandinavian partners headed by the Swedish Research Council, are pleased to invite proposals for presentations and sessions at the conference. The overall theme is "Bridges to the future" and the sub-themes - to which contributions are invited - are about how to engage scientists and the public, how to assess the outcome, emerging issues and how to develop new formats and meeting- places.

- Emerging issues in science and society
- Engaging and empowering scientists and the public
- Assessing impact and outcomes
- Developing mediums, methods and meeting points
The deadline for submission of abstracts is 31 October 2007.
